PC Optimization: $ 69.90

· Remove Temp Files, Temp Internet Files, Startup Files, Bloat Ware, Old Versions of Addons.

· Update Antivirus Software and Run Security Scan: Remove Up To 65 Virus and Spyware Infections.

· Install Latest Version of Addons, Update Other System Software.

· Run Windows Update (Configure and Install Updates).

· Perform PC Optimization and Remove Un-necessary Processes.

· Perform Defrag and ScanDisk on Windows 7 Computers and Perform

Disk Optimization and Disk Error Checker on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 Computers.

· Perform Test of User Experience.

Virus/Spyware Removal (Addon To PC Optimization): $ 59.90

· Scan Identify and Remove Viruses (for systems that have more than 65 viruses).

· Attempt Repair of Damage Caused by Viruses (if damage is un-reparable a system rebuild will be required).

Data Recovery: $ 39.90

· Scan Hard Drive (or other storage media) for lost files.

· Restore Recovered Files to the Customer.

Software Installation: $ 49.90

· Install Software on to Customers Computer System (either from customer provided installation media or file download from account information provided by the customer).

· Software Setup and Configuration (this includes testing software compatibility).

Professional PC Rebuild (Consumer Customers): $ 79.90

· Data Recovery is Attempted (customer is notified of results and must give permission to proceed to the next step in the process).

· Hardware Testing and Hard Disk Cleaning (in order to prepare the hard disk to receive a fresh installation of the operating system it is necessary for the disk to be returned to factory settings. This process completely removes all traces of viruses and user data from the disk so that there will be no danger of virus reinfection). (If hardware is faulty the cost of repair will be quoted at this time).

· Reinstallation of the Operating System and Installation and Configuration of Software.

· System Testing (this process ensures that the system is performing at its very best).

· Data Restoration and Configuration (in this phase we restore user data that is recovered earlier in the rebuild process).

· System Inspection by Client and Adjustments (this process is usually performed remotely through TeamViewer. It enables the technician to assist the customer in restoring the system to a familiar appearance and mode of operation).

· Install and Configure Antivirus Software and Other Software and Applications Required by the Customer.

· Data Transfer (the cost of transferring data from the customer’s old computer to the new computer is included in the price).

· Configures Web Browsers.

· System Inspection by Client and Adjustments (this process is usually performed remotely through TeamViewer. It enables the technician to assist the customer in restoring the system to a familiar appearance and mode of operation). (Onsite Tech Charge is Required if this function is performed at the Customer’s Home).

PC Diagnostics: $ 59.90

· Manual Scan of File System is Performed.

· Manual Inspection of Hardware is Performed.

· Software Testing of Hardware Components is Performed.

· Results of Tests are Reported to the Customer with Quotation for Required Repairs.
